Here, this young man uses his pure athleticism to his advantage by playing above the rim to make a play on the ball - this is seen on both sides of the ball to secure contested catches off 50/50 balls as well as forcing PBUs/INTs at cornerback. Not to mention in the return game he only needs a sliver of room to break free and use his deadly long speed to outrun pursuit angles for 6. Whenever the ball is in Mr. Penna's hands you never know when the momentum changing play is going to happen just that there's a high chance that it will. Name to keep a very close eye on.
