Junior Season Analysis

Mr. Wanzung is a versatile defensive back who consistently made eye catching plays all season long for St. Ignatius. Some of these plays included one handed INTs along the sideline, playing above the rim on 50/50 balls forcing INTs/PBUs, and closing quickly when playing the alley to secure open field tackles for min gain by driving through the ball carrier delivering heavy hits. It's the consistency Mr. Wanzung brings to this defense with his high motor that has cought the attention of programs at the next level and a trait that will go in his favor of receiving offers sooner rather than later.
