Junior Season Analysis

Mr. Lofton is a rangy defender who can close in an instant making his impact felt on the defensive side of the ball. What stands out the most is his coverage skillset. Here, he can stay on the receiver's hip pocket in trail technique limiting the chances of getting broken off at the top of the route and uses this to undercut routes forcing PBUs/INTs. It's the pass coverage traits that make this young man a high caliber prospect and once to keep a very close eye on in the recruiting trail. Mr. Lofton's recruiting stock is only going to continue to skyrocket.
