Sophomore Season Analysis

Mr. Mcginnis is from Carmel Catholic High School where he makes his precense known both in run support and in pass coverage. Here, this young man isn’t afraid to meet ball carriers in open space lowering his shoulder to deliver heavy hits. At times, this can result in fumbles being forced. In pass coverage, this young man uses his fluid flip of his hips to transition quickly and undercut routes making a play on the ball. This results in PBUs and INTs. What stands out the most is how quick he’s able to close space coming from the safety/rover position. There are countless clips in his highlights where he can be 20-30 yards away from the play, closes the distance, and makes a play. It’s this trait that really catches the eye paired with his aggressive playstyle. Overall, Mr. Mcginnis is a high potential prospect who has his best ball ahead of him. Highlights Twitter
