Mr. Collins is from Lincoln-Way West High School where he works as an inside linebacker making his mark on each play. Here, this young man triggers downhill quickly to meet ball carriers in the hole for min/no gain and has the range to cover sideline to sideline. What stands out the most is how quickly he makes his read step and gets his nose involved in the day. It's this type of relentless effort that catches the eye.
