Junior Season Analysis

Mr. Konkey is from Geneva High School where he's coming off a productive Junior Season performance. Here, this young man totaled 739 receiving yards off 41 receptions and 9 TDs earning him All-Conference honors. When you turn on his film, you see why as he can work out both out of the slot and as an X recevier - both of which he can make his impact felt. What catches the eyes is is quickness off the line paired with his quick cuts at the top of routes to create separation from defenders. Not to mention he understands spacing - when to sit in soft coverage vs continue to work through if the first passing lane isn't clear - which also comes in handy during the QB scramble drills. Mr. Konkey is currently flying well under the radar as he has enourmous untapped potential. A name I'm keeping a very close eye on this fall as he could very well see himself skyrocket his stock with another productive season. Highlights
