Junior Season Analysis

Mr. Watkins gets involved in both offensive attacks working out of the slot and being a split H back as a lead blocker in the run game - both of which he makes his presence known. In the air attack, this young man can secure underneath routes and get vertical quickly gaining a step on 2nd level defenders to break long runs in the process. In the ground game, he does a good job using a strong punch at the point of attack to jolt defenders upright creating lanes for his teammates to hit and works through his initial block to work up to the safety. Being apart of a dominant offense at Williamsville his production this year finished with 16 receptions for 277 receiving yards and tagging on 4 TDs in the process.
