Mr. Hart can work both out of the slot and on the perimeter making his impact felt in each. Here, this young man can snap routes off in an instant to secure backshoulder throws keeping the chains moving and is shifty in open space making defenders miss before getting vertical quickly to keep the chains moving. Not to mention this young man can get in/out of routes in an instant creating separation from defenders. It's all of these traits that resulted in Mr. Hart finishing the season with 38 receptions for 761 receiving yards and 8 TDs - name you need on your radar.
