Sophomore Season Analysis

Mr. Bonelli-Schultz is from Lake Zurich High School where he works as an outside linebacker. Here, this young man isn’t afraid to take run blocks head on jolting lineman upright before disengaging to secure open field takles for no/min gain in the flat. This all happens with his active hands at the point of attack to punch the lineman’s hands down. Not to mention he does a good job with his read steps playing the run first before flipping his hips and covering ground to cloud the passing lanes across the middle of the field. This results in PBUs/INTs as he undercuts crossing routes and gets there in an instant the QB surveying the field does not see him prior to making the throw. All in all, Mr. Bonelli-Schultz is flying under the radar as he’s a technically sound linebacker who has a high motor. Highlights Twitter
